The apartment is located in a limited traffic area and therefore quiet. You have everything you need close by: from the greengrocer to the bakery to the fishmonger and the supermarket 5 minutes away on foot. On the delightful little square of San Francesco there is the Bar della Piazzetta, much loved by our guests. There you can enjoy excellent granitas, quick lunches and dinners or an aperitif. In the evening, after a tiring day, it is nice to relax on the terrace while sipping a cold beer or a spritz.
The space
The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Trapani, a few steps from the sea, overlooking the delightful square of San Francesco di Paola.
The apartment of approximately 50 m2 located on the 2nd floor of an ancient building (34 steps), is located 10' walk from the embarkation point for the Egadi islands and the beach of Mura di Tramontana and consists of a living room with a small balcony overlooking the square, a comfortable 3-seater sofa, Smart TV, 2 armchairs, silent designer paddle fans, a comfortable oval dining table for 6 people, a modern kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and 4 induction burners. Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, pans, dishes and all accessories for 6 people are available to guests. 1 double bedroom with queen size bed equipped with A/C, ceiling fan, small balcony, a bathroom with large shower cubicle complete the apartment.
It is accessed from street level via a traditional and bright Trapani staircase of only 34 steps.
Wifi in all rooms.
A large 90 m2 terrace with shade shared with the other apartment (Casa Levanzo), furnished with mats, comfortable seats, sun loungers, a hammock overlooking the ancient historic village of Erice offers the possibility of spending pleasant evenings in the cool. It is not possible to use the barbecue with respect for all the guests of the houses in the square.
The apartment is equipped with a large reserve of water for domestic use but we recommend making good use of it and not wasting it.
Access for guests
You can use the terrace which has a large 50 m2 shade, mats, sun loungers, comfortable deck chairs, tables and two hammocks. Out of respect for all guests it is NOT possible to cook on the terrace and use the BBQ. Please always close the terrace door with the bolts when you leave and leave it tidy out of respect for all guests. Thank you !
Other things to keep in mind
It is important to follow the instructions for separate waste collection and place the various containers outside the door in the evening on the days indicated on the lids. Out of respect for all condominium owners, please do not leave rubbish in the condominium stairwells. THANK YOU! Guests are asked not to smoke in the house and to be careful not to waste water. Water is a precious commodity especially in Sicily where there is a drought problem
