The guest DOES NOT pay percentages. The property bears all costs relating to the platforms. The apartment is in the historic centre, a few steps from the car park, the sea, the embarkations for the Egadi Islands, overlooking the pretty square of S. Francesco di Paola. Finely restored in 2024, equipped with every comfort, air conditioning in all rooms, ready to give you a unique experience. It also has a large 90 m2 terrace, well furnished and shared with the Marettimo apartment.
The space
The apartment of approximately 50 m2 located on the 2nd floor of an ancient building (34 steps), is located 10 minutes walk from the embarkation point for the islands, from the center and from the beautiful beach of Mura di Tramontana. It consists of a dining area with a modern kitchen and air conditioning, complete with fridge, oven, dishwasher, 4 induction burners, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, pans, juicer, crockery and all the accessories for 4 people.
2 comfortable king size double bedrooms each with a Smart TV that can be connected to your devices and streaming platforms, both equipped with air conditioning and also elegant designer ceiling fans with remote control, two small balconies equipped with mosquito nets where you can hang out or smoke. A bathroom with large shower cubicle completes the apartment.
Furthermore, a large furnished terrace of 90 m2 with 50 m2 of shade, shared with the Marettimo apartment, with a couple of hammocks, a pair of sun loungers, 4 comfortable seats, 2 coffee tables, a table with 6 chairs and a view of the ancient historic village of Erice offer the possibility of spending pleasant evenings in the cool.
Beach towels and an umbrella complete the beach kit.
The apartment is equipped with a large reserve of water for domestic use but we recommend making good use of it and not wasting it.
Smoking is prohibited in the house.
Access for guests
Guests can use the large terrace furnished with chairs, tables, sun loungers and hammocks with a 50 m2 shade + another 40 m2 in the sun. The space is shared with the Marettimo apartment. Out of respect for everyone, guests are asked to always leave it tidy. It is not possible to use the barbecue.
Other things to keep in mind
As hosts we pay the percentage relating to the Airbnb service. The guest will not pay anything to the platform! The apartment is located in a quiet area with limited traffic, less than 10 minutes walk from the main street, from the embarkations to the Egadi islands, from the airport shuttle bus stop and from the beach. Paid parking is 10 minutes from our front door. We always do our best, when possible and required, to please our guests with an early check in or a late check out. We always leave some salt, oil, sugar, coffee and tea in the kitchen as well as a couple of bottles of water in the fridge.
In the bathroom there is always a supply of shampoo and shower gel.
